It will be called Hualapai Mountain Medical Center and it is planned to open in two years at a cost of $68.6 million.  It will open with 72 patient beds and 22 emergency room beds with room for expansion a needed in the future.  The North Carolina based MedCath Corporation is partnering with local physicians to build a 4-story, 200,000 square foot facility near the Airway Underpass.
