Messages from Route 66 Properties sometimes get caught in anti-spam filters set up on your computer or email program. If you did not receive an expected message, check your spam folder.

Virtually all email programs allow you to add individual email addresses, or the entire ‘route66properties.com’ domain to an approved senders list in your anti-spam software.

To ensure delivery of any e-mails from Route 66 Properties please add the domain route66properties.com to your approved senders domain list.

If the ISP or e-mail program
you use to read e-mail is not listed, you will need to designate us as a
“Trusted Source.” This is typically accomplished by adding our
“From Address” (i.e. example@domain.com) to your address book, contact
list, or Safe List.

subscriptions. Open one of our email messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the
    e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click on
    the “Add Address ” icon (below)     on the right-hand side of the
    message.
  3. Fill out any additional
    information (although none is required), then click “Save.”
     Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!

account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the

    the “Save Address ” link (below)     next to the “From
    Address.”
  3. Complete
    the “First Name” field and click “Save.”

    Address” at the top of the message.

    Name” field and click “save entry.”

your e-mail subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow
these steps in order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the

  2. Click on
    the “Add Address ” icon (below)     on the right-side of the message
    box.
  3. Once the “Contact
    Details” dialog box (below) opens, click “Save.”
     Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!

account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the

  2. Click on
    the “Add” icon (below)     in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  3. When the “Add to
    Address Book” dialog box appears, click “Yes.”
     Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!

account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the

  2. Click on
    the “Save Address ” link (below)     in the toolbar.
  3. Check the “Add to
    Contacts” box (below) and click “OK.”

    Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!

E-mail filters in your Juno/Netzero
account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Click on
    the “Options” link (below)     in the “Mail Toolbar.”
  2. On the “Options”
    page click “Safe List”     on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Enter the “From
    Address” -     noreply@nycastings.com,
    submissions@nycastings.com, subscriptions@nycastings.com
    & info@nycastings.com
    in the “Add
    Address to Safe List” field and click “Add.”
  4. After the sender appears
    in the “Current Safe List” box, click “Save.”
  5. You will receive the
    following message at the top of the page.
     Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!
Add
Us to Your E-mail Address Book in Microsoft Outlook 2003

E-mail filters in your Microsoft®
Outlook 2003 may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Follow these steps in order to add us to your address
book’s Safe Senders List:

Note: If you use an older version
of Outlook (such as Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2000), there is no notion of a
“safe list” so adding our e-mail address to your address book is not
necessary.

  1. Open the
    e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Right-click
    “Click here to download images”     in the gray bar at the top of
    the message.
  3. Click
    “Add Sender to Senders Safe List”     in the drop-down dialog box
    (below).

  4. Once the dialog box
    (below) appears, click “OK.”
     

    Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!

E-mail filters in your MSN
account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the
    e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click on
    the “Save Address ” link (below)     in the toolbar.
  3. Check the “Add to
    Contacts” box (below) and click “Save.”
     Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in
    your inbox!

E-mail filters in your SBC
account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your e-mail
subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these steps in
order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the
    e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click on
    the “Add to Address Book” link (below) next to the “From
    Address.”
  3. Once the “Add to
    Address Book” page opens (below), enter any of the additional fields if
    you wish. (Not required.) Then click “Add to Address Book.”
  4. You will see a
    confirmation message (below) at the top of your screen,     indicating that
    the sender has been placed in your Address Book.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you
    have enabled “Image Blocking” you will need to take these
    additional steps to ensure that images appear within your e-mail messages.
    Otherwise, SBC will block all images - including those in messages from your
    trusted senders.
  5. Click on “Mail
    Options” (below)     in the upper right corner of your browser to
    access the “Options” page.
  6. Click on
    “General Preferences” (below)     under the “Personalization”
    heading.
  7. Go to the
    “Security” section and UNCHECK
    the box marked “Block HTML graphics in e-mail messages from being
    downloaded.”
  8. Then
    click “Save”     at either the top or bottom of your browser
    window.
    Now you’re guaranteed to receive our e-mails in your
    inbox!
Add
Us to Your E-mail Address Book in Yahoo! Mail

E-mail filters in your Yahoo!
Mail account may prevent you from receiving or properly viewing your
e-mail subscriptions. Open one of our e-mail messages and follow these
steps in order to add us to your address book:

  1. Open the
    e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
  2. Click on
    the “Add to Address Book” link (below) next to the “From
    Address.”
  3. Once the “Add to
    Address Book” page (below) opens, enter any of the additional fields.
    (Not required.) Then click “Add to Address Book.”
  4. You will see a
    confirmation message (below) at the top of your screen,     indicating that
    the sender has been placed in your Address Book.
